After replacing the 5/4 deck boards, the homeowners asked us to put a screen enclosure over the deck. This process would require plans and permitting. After getting the proper documentation in place, we had to get the posts in place for the first inspection, then from there, complete the enclosure. The entire process took about 5 – 7 days, including inspections.
